These directors step into webspace

Vamshi Paidipally, Anil Ravipudi, Harish Shankar, and other directors have enough time on their hands as their next projects will not begin this year. Hence, these directors are trying to foray into digital space.

Vamshi Paidipally has already joined ‘Aha’ creative team to oversee some of the web dramas. Harish Shankar and Anil Ravipudi have begun work on producing web series on their banners. However, all these directors who are most successful in the film industry are struggling with the ideas for this new medium.

They have assistants and writers who are penning for them with fresh ideas. Since this is altogether a new platform, they are cautious to tread the path. Harish Shankar and Anil Ravipudi write their scripts themselves but they are not writing the scripts for web series. They are getting help from other writers.

But they are determined to use this lockdown period for the webspace.

Harish Shankar’s next film with Pawan Kalyan will only go in summer 2021. Because Pawan Kalyan has to wrap up ‘Vakeel Saab’ and Krish’s movie.

Vamshi Paidipally wrote a script for Mahesh Babu but the superstar didn’t like it. Now, Paidipally is waiting for a young hero to wrap up his commitments to get his dates. Anil Ravipudi is waiting for ‘F3’ to commence with Venkatesh and Varun Tej but the film will only start rolling next year.
