2.0 now rocking at US BO

Shankar and Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’ has witnessed huge jump in collections on Saturday. Although the film began its run on dull note on premiere day, it saw good growth later. On Saturday, the film has grossed more than $1.29 million taking its total cumulative gross to $3 million mark.

"2.0" is now heading towards good figure by end of its first weekend. Comparing this film with the collections of ‘Baahubali’ are not fair, the promotional blitzkrieg for that was entirely different. ‘Baahubali’ movies were loved by all sections of audiences in all areas. Where as this sci-fi thriller ran into many issues regarding release.

As a standalone film, ‘2.0’ is now performing well compared to the opening day.
