The audio of ‘2.0’ was released last year but its teaser has not come yet. To make everyone believe that the movie is on way to hit the screens this November, Shankar has decided to release the trailer next month.
 
Some months ago, the teaser was leaked online and the makers plunged into action and removed it on the web. The teaser with new visual effects and better cut is going to be released in August. There is a speculation that it might be attached to the prints of Akshay Kumar’s Bollywood film ‘Gold’ that is hitting the screens on August 15th. Since Akshay plays Rajinikanth’s nemesis in ‘2.0’ there is a possibility.
 
‘2.0’, directed by Shankar, is prequel to the blockbuster ‘Robo’. The 3D movie is touted to be costliest ever Indian movie with reported Rs 350 Cr budget. It has Amy Jackson as the female lead.
