2015: Terrible year for Brahmanandam

Last year, he was instrumental in success of movies like Racegurram. His appearance was enough to bring in the audiences to the screens. But a year later this great comedian with many years of stardom and 1000 films to his filmography is struggling to get a decent role. 

Throughout 2015, Brahmanandam has not had a single role that people talked about. Even in the movies where he featured, other comedians got more whistles and claps this year. Example: Fish Venkat's comedy was enjoyed more in Subramanyam For Sale than Brahmi's. 

And today Prudhvi has emerged alternative to Brahmi. The year 2015 definitely belongs to Prudhvi. Like Brahmi used to elevate an ordinary movie to hit with his comedy, Prudhvi has done the same for Bengal Tiger with his role Future Star Siddappa. 
 Brahmanandam is under severe pressure to prove his relevance. Will he bounce back in 2016? Let's hope he does.
