Baahubali readies up for release in China

Baahubali will be releasing in China in the month of May. E Stars Films will be releasing the film with more than 6000 prints in China. Aamir Khan starrer PK was also released in China by E Stars and this film went on to gross more that $20 million from 5000 prints in May last year.

Baahubali starred Prabhas, Rana, Anushka Shetty and Tamannah in the lead.  The film directed by S S Rajamouli did astounding business in India and has been sold to more than 30 international territories including Latin America and Japan.  ‘Splendid’ has acquired the rights for its Germany release.  International sales on the Telugu-language film are handled by Arka Mediaworks International, headed by François Da Silva.
