Exclusive: Ram Charan lines up three interesting movies

Ram Charan has decided to try his hand at different genres and work with directors known for their different styles. Though he delivered some big hits with mass entertainers, Charan faced criticism for doing routine mass-oriented movies and not coming out from his comfort zone.

To quell the criticism, he has taken some drastic measures to plan his career superbly with directors who are known for creating their own stamp on the films. After the failure of ‘Bruce Lee’, he took nearly two months time to think about his career and has planned next three movies and also signed the directors for his movies. Now, we will not only be seeing him in different avatar in each film in the next one and half years but also in varied kind of stories from cop thriller to stylish entertainers. 

Here is our exclusive details about Ram Charan’s next three movies that he has signed...

1. Thani Oruvan Remake

We all know that he has signed the movie long back and it begins its shoot from Feb 21st. Though it will be formally launched shortly, the regular shoot commences from Feb 21st under the direction of Surender Reddy. Rakul Preet Singh has been confirmed as heroine. Aravind Swamy is the antagonist. Geeta Arts and NV Prasad are jointly producing the film. 

It is a stylish thriller in which Charan is playing the role of a cop. 

2.Sukumar’s Romantic Entertainer

Immediately after the completion of the remake of Thani Oruvan Ram Charan will be doing a romantic entertainer in the direction of Sukumar. Ram Charan and Sukumar recently met and have agreed to work together. After a long time, Ram Charan will be seen in a love story. The film is likely to go to the sets in June/July. The producer’s name will be announced soon. 

3. Koratala Siva’s untitled film

Koratala Siva the hottest director who delivered two back to back hits – Mirchi and Srimanthudu – has also teamed up with Ram Charan. Koratala is currently readying up to shoot NTR starrer ‘Janata Garage’. By end of 2016, Charan and Koratala Siva’s film will go to the sets. The movie is said to be a family drama.Danayya will be producing the movie.
