Exclusive: Thani Oruvan remake confirmed

Ram Charan has okayed his next film. The superhit Tamil movie, Thani Oruvan, will be remade with Ram Charan. After taking some time to think over, Charan has finally given green signal to the director Jayam Raja.

Thani Oruvan starring Jayam Ravi and Aravind Swamy became big hit in Tamilnadu and the film won good reviews. A thriller, the movie puts Ram Charan in the role of a police officer. 
The remake will go to the sets in the month of December. It is not clear whether he would do the movie along with Surender Reddy’s flick or he would take it to the sets first but it is confirmed that remake will hit the floors very soon. Jayam Raja who made the original is going to direct it. The producer’s name and other details are awaited.
