Harish Shankar turning producer

Director Harish Shankar has plans to take up production. The write-director will produce his first film along with a friend. There has been no confirmation from Harish Shankar as yet, but this is the news that is doing rounds in the industry.

Earlier directors Puri Jagannadh, Sukumar, Rajamouli and Sampath Nandi turned producers and now Harish Shankar joins the group. Recently the director gave a hit film with Subramanyam for Sale. Harish Shankar is planning to produce his movies on this new banner and also with other directors.
