Hero Dhanush turns director

Tamil star Dhanush is putting director's cap. He will be wielding megaphone with a movie starring Raj Kiran. The film's Tamil version is titled 'Powerpaandi'. 

Dhanush's family is full of movie directors. Dhanush's father Kasthuri Raja is popular director and under his father's direction Dhanush debuted as actor. His brother Selva Raghavan is famous director. His wife Aishwarya is also filmmaker and directed Dhanush and Shruti Haasan starrer '3'. 

So now Dhanush is following their members and he announced his maiden project. Dhanush will also be producing a film with Rajinikanth next year.
