Has Samantha come back to the top position? Answer seems to be yes. With the resounding success of 'A Aa' in which she played the role that has more importance than the hero, Samantha has gained all the praises that were missing in the last one and half years. 
 
Post the release of 'S/o Sathyamurthy', her career went downhill though she came up with big projects. Last year, she had many releases in Tamil that starred stars like Dhanush and Vikram but none of them hit the gold. Early this year, she had a hit with 'Theri' starring Vijay but her role was minuscule in it. Then came Suriya's '24' and Mahesh Babu's 'Brahmotsavam' both have brought her bad name.
 
Many commented that her career is in the last leg. Had 'A Aa' flopped, she would have faced lot of troubles. But thanks to the magic of Trivikram, her career is now shining and she has regained her lost position. 
 
What's more she is doing 'Janatha Garage' with more confidence, and has also signed a film with her rumored-boy friend Naga Chaitanya for the fourth time. The latest information is that Soggade Chinni Nayana’s director Kalyan Krishna will be directing them in his upcoming film.

A Aa’s success has shown that she is still the lady with golden leg in Tollywood. Her career is heading in right direction.
