Kamal Haasan, Amala to play Amma Nanna Aata

Kamal Haasan is happy with the result of his latest thriller Cheekati Rajyam. I am very happy to see the good response it is receiving in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, he said. Speaking to reporters today, the legendary actor announced his next movie.
He said he will be doing a romantic comedy with actress Amala Akkineni. The film has been titled Amma Nanna Aata. It is a family-oriented romantic drama, he added. The movie that also stars Zarina Wahab and another young actress will be directed by Malayalam filmmaker Rajeev Kumar.
The film's shoot would be completed in 3 months. From January 2016, the movie commences its regular shoot in US.
