Nag surprises with his statement

Oopiri will do what the film 'Shiva' and 'Annamayya' did to his career says actor Akkineni Nagarjuna. He is in awe the way this film has shaped up. After 'Shiva', 'Geetanjali', 'Ninne Pelladutha' and 'Annamayya', it is this film that he has done with confidence. Nag said that he believes in his convictions and makes daring decisions which fetch him success.

By exuding such strong confidence and comparing this movie with the films that are considered classics in his career, he surprised everyone.

Couple of years ago he saw the film ‘The Intouchables’ with his wife Amala and nurtured a thought that this film ought to be made in Telugu. Vamsi Paidipalli had similar thoughts and came up with this film and made 'Oopiri'.

'Oopiri' is directed by Vamsi Paidipally. PVP Cinema is producing it. Gopi Sundar has composed the music. Karthi and Tamannah are the pair. The film has come out beautifully vouches Nag. He is confident that everyone involved with this film will benefit hugely after its release.
