Nayanatara's boyfriend to direct top actor

Vignesh Shivan, better known was Nayanatara's boyfriend to Telugu audience, is all set to direct actor Suriya. The multi-talented Vignesh (he is an actor, director and a writer), whose 2015 black comedy film 'Nenu Rowdy Ni' won him critical acclaim, is learnt to have bowled Suriya over. The actor had evinced interest in a Vignesh project ever since.
The movie was officially announced yesterday.
Suriya had wanted to work with Pa Ranjith of 'Kabali' fame, but since the he has been signed by Rajinikanth, Suriya has had other plans. The movie with Trivikram is once again on hold.
Early reports suggest that the movie will be a comedy entertainer. Suriya, who has been doing serious roles like in '24' and 'Singham 3' will only be keen to shed seriousness for good. Anirudh has been roped in to compose music. So far, Studio Green has not revealed other details about the movie.
