Parineeti out, Rakul Preet Singh steps in

To reduce the budget, Rakul Preet has been chosen as heroine for Mahesh Babu for director A R Murugadoss’s straight Telugu film. Parineeti Chopra was approached earlier but now the makers have finalized Rakul and they said to have completed a photo shoot on her too.
One of the producers of the film informs us that heroine name will be announced tomorrow.
Rakul Preet Singh was to act with Mahesh Babu earlier but she missed the chance due to lack of dates. Now she has luckily got the opportunity to act with him. The film will be produced by NV Prasad and Tagore Madhu with reported Rs 100 Cr budget in Telugu and Tamil languages.
A romantic action drama, the movie will present us Mahesh Babu in altogether new avatar.
