Rajamouli's Baahubali has completed 50 days run. The movie has already become third highest grosser of Indian movies and is still running successfully. But some of Prabhas’s fans are not satisfied with that. They want the movie be run in many centers till it completes 100 days. They are putting pressure on producers not to remove the film from theatres now. This demand has made Rajamouli angry. Today he made a series of tweets asking fans not to crave for false records. He explained in detail that what matters is money and audiences’ satisfaction than false records of centers and days.

“Record number of 50 days, 100 days, 175 days are things of past. Today, Films are being released in 1000′s of screens and run is over by 3-4 weeks. Few main screens might still give shares, but mostly the run is over. It is very sad when some fans ask for an extension, sometimes paying out of their pockets and sometimes asking the exhibitors to do so. Friends..! What do we gain out of these false records?,” he reasoned.

He further added that the audiences have given him a memorable victory that he would remember for the rest of life. “What more do we need,” he questioned.

“Our industry is plagued by this issue for a long time. Let’s not be a part of it. It is high time we stopped this. Baahubali will run in theatres that are yielding shares. If not, it will make way for other new films to follow. We will NOT block theatres for false records,” he concluded his tweets.
