Rajinikanth's Kabali to release in May

Rajinikanth's Kabali is currently in last leg of shoot that is progressing in Malaysia. The movie's shoot will be wrapped up by Feb 28, says the producer Kalaipuli S Thanu. Being directed by Pa.Ranjith, Kabali has Rajini playing an ageing gangster.

Taiwanese actor Winston Chao is playing the villain role. Thanu also confirms that the movie will be released in the month of May in Tamil and Telugu languages simultaneously. Audio will be released in April. Santhosh Narayan is composing the music while lyrics are being penned by Sirivennela, Chandrabose and Ananth Sriram.

Radhika Apte is playing the female lead. The movie is set in the backdrop of gangster wars.
