Rana - Teja film a political drama?

Director Teja is all set to begin the regular shoot of his new untitled film that has Rana and Kajal Agarwal as the lead stars. He has already completed a test shoot on the lead pair last week. Contrary to earlier reports, the movie is said to be a political drama. Like Rana’s maiden movie 'Leader', the film deals with politics as its subject.

It is a love story in the backdrop of current social issues, a source said.

Kajal made her debut in Teja’s 'Lakshmi Kalyanam' in 2007. Almost a decade later she has teamed up with her guru. This is Rana’s first film under the direction of Teja. Regular shoot will commence from this weekend.
