Sabash Naidu: Kamal Haasan replaces the director

Kamal Haasan took the responsibility of directing his current comedy movie 'Sabash Naidu' as the original director T.K. Rajeev Kumar fell ill. The director Rajeev Kumar was diagnosed with Lyme disease and he is currently undergoing the treatment for the same in USA.

To avoid the delays in the production and escalation in the cost, Kamal Haasan has decided to replace him. Kamal will now be directing the movie.

'Sabash Naidu' stars Kamal as a CBI officer while Brahmanandam is his assistant. The movie is being made in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. Shruthi Haasan plays Kamal's daughter in the movie while Ramya Krishna is Kamal's wife.
