Sankarabharanam based on Bollywood hit

Nikhil starrer Sankarabharanam’s trailer gave a feel that it is inspired by a hit Bollywood movie. The story of an NRI guy landing in a trouble in Bihar seemed straight out from Phas Gaye Re Obama.

Now this feeling that the film is inspired by ‘Phas Gaye Re Obama’ comes with a confirmation from writer Kona Venkat. The writer tweeted, “The original idea of Sankarabharanam is taken from "Phas gaya re obama" & woven our story around it. We have taken rights for entire south!!"

This Nikhil and Nanditha starrer film, directed by Uday will have its audio launch this evening (30th October).
