Shankar's 2.0: 100 days of shoot finished

Superstar Rajinikanth and director Shankar's magnum opus '2.0', sequel to the all-time blockbuster 'Robot', has completed 100 days of shoot. According to official statement by director Shankar, he shot major part of the movie in the 100 days of working days that include movie's climax episode, two action stunts on Rajinikanth and movie's villain Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, and some scenes.

The film is being filmed by Shankar with a whopping Rs 350 Cr budget. Lyca Productions is producing the film in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. Another 100 days of shoot is left to be completed.

'2.0' is slated for release early next year. Top technicians from Hollywood are working for the movie, while VFX work is being done by 'Baahubali' fame Srinivas Mohan.
