Sharwanand's 'Shatamanam Bhavati' launched

Dil Raju's Production No. 24 is 'Shatamanam Bhavati',whose story spans three generations. The film was formally launched on the hands of a grandfather-son-grandson trio close to the producer. Director Satish Vegesna said on the occasion that the film is not fictitious but reality. "Our film resembles life. It's Dil Raju garu who suggested the title. As befits the title, he has blessed me by choosing to produce the movie. It's because of his suggestions that the script is now better than the earlier version", the director, who is also writing the screenplay and dialogues, said.

"The regular shoot will begin from Sept 14. I have known Satish since the days he worked as an assistant under Harish Shankar.  When Sharwanand wanted to become a hero, it was I who introduced him to director Teja. Twelve years later, he is working in our banner", Dil Raju said.

Anupama Parameswaran is the heroine. Prakash Raj has a key role. Jayasudha, Indraja, Shivaji Raja and others are part of the cast. Mickey J Meyer is composing the music. Lyrics are by Sirivennela and Ramajogayya Sastry. Cinematography is by Sameer Reddy. Editing is by Madhu.

The film is slated to be released for Sankranthi (Jan 14) of 2017.
