Shruti croons a song for Women’s Day

There will be treat for woman from Shruti Haasan this Women’s Day (March 8). She has crooned a number which is penned by her and is dedicated to a woman's power to dream and her never-say-die attitude to achieve it. Music for this number is scored by Ehsaan and Loy. The first track will be released on 8th March and the video will come after some months.
 
Shruti is very excited about this song and her collaboration with Ehsaan and loy. Her thoughts while writing this song was giving voice to all women. Shruti opines that it’s time for women to shine, to be strong and more importantly to be what they want to be.
 
“I was really glad to be able to write and sing this song. Musically, it really goes back to the roots of what I've always loved - very rock n' roll and something you can sing from the heart,” Shruti said.
