Sudeep to pay Rs 19 Cr alimony to wife Priya

Actor Sudeep and his wife Priya Radhakrishnan have mutually agreed to get divorced. Reason cited for this is incompatibility and other issues. The couple has an 11 year old daughter Saanvi. Sudeep has agreed to pay Rs 19 Crore compensation to his wife. He also agreed to give the custody of his daughter to his wife.

Priya is a native of Kerala and theirs was a love marriage. Priya and Sudeep have been living separately since six years. They wanted to give their relation another chance. Three months ago rumours started spreading regarding their separation. Their divorce case is likely to be settled by March 2016.

“It’s my personal life and domestic issue. Hence, I can’t comment or say anything on this at this stage,” the actor said.  His brilliant acting in Eega won him many laurels and he recently appeared in Baahubali in a small guest role. His next release is Vijay starrer Puli.
