Tollywood announces aid to Chennai flood relief

Help is coming from all quarters to Chennai and Tollywood is not far behind. Our heroes have started sending financial help. Nandamuri Brothers NTR and Kalyan Ram, Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, Ravi Teja, Sundeep Kishan and actor Varun Tej have announced aid for the flood victims affected by the torrential rains that has struck Chennai.

NTR has announced a contribution of Rs 10 Lakhs and Kalyan Ram has announced a contribution of Rs 5 Lakhs. Allu Arjun has donated Rs 25 Lakh, Mahesh Babu has announced Rs 10 Lakh as help, Ravi Teja has offered Rs 5 Lakh and actor Varun Tej has also contributed Rs 3 Lakh to the flood victims. The amounts will go to the Tamil Nadu Chief Ministers Relief Fund. Sundeep Kishan has sent 5000 food packets to the victims. 

"We have a very long and fond association with Chennai and the images that are coming from the city are causing us a lot of pain. This is the time to express solidarity with the people of Chennai. We are contributing to the Chief Ministers Relief Fund. We request everyone to help the people of Chennai in whatever way possible. Stay strong Chennai", said NTR and Kalyan Ram.
