Who is number one heroine in Tollywood?

 
Being in number one situation is very dicey. When you are all happy and elated there is someone trying to dethrone you and occupy the numero uno position. This is a very common thing in Tollywood. For we cant help but analyse who actually is in the number one position here…
 
Anushka Shetty has had two back to back hits with Baahubali and Rudhramadevi and seems to be the perfect contender for this position. She has pulled the audiences with her grace and impeccable acting. She is trying to score another big hit with next big release Size Zero. 
 
Not far behnd is Shruti Haasan. She too has had good success rate. last year she gave a blockbuster with Racegurram and this year we saw her in the record breaking hit Srimanthudu. So Shruti is also near to the number one position in Tollywood.
 
The lady who was once considered to be the number one heroine in Tollywood has now slipped away from the race. Samantha’s  success rate has come down and there has been a huge gap in Telugu films. This has propelled Samantha’s popularity downwards. But she has two films on her hand - Brahmotsavam and A..Aa that can change equations again.
