Yaddanapudi disappointed with Trivikram

Renowned novel writer Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani is disappointed with Trivikram for not acknowledging her for his recent film 'A Aa' which is mainly taken from her novel ‘Meena’. trivikram admired her work and spoke to her on several occasions but she is shocked that the well-educated, intelligent writer like Trivikram fails to put at least a thanks card in the movie when he is inspired by her novel.

I spoke to her after the release of ‘A Aa’. She said she is aware that he has been trying to adapt this concept into a movie although it was successfully made as movie by Vijaya Nirmala. But she said she is expected giving due credit to her in this movie.

I read some news that the production team approached her and spoke to her but when I contacted her she told me neither Trivikram nor anyone from the movie’s team has called her yet. But she genuinely seemed to have disappointed with Trivikram.

I strongly believe Trivikram should have acknowledged her either in the movie’s credits or in media interviews though it is nothing wrong to be inspired by a great writer’s work. We don’t expect such courtesy from ordinary filmmakers or writers but we expect it from Trivikram because he is truly intelligent and educated writer.
