Actor Shivaji was all set to fly to the US on Wednesday morning. But he was stopped and taken into custody by the police. He has been hiding from the police in a case concerning to the TV9 and Alanda Media. The police had issued him several notices but he did not respond.

Look-out notices were also issued in his name. Shivaji was not arrested but was stopped from boarding the plane. The authorities will produce him to the court later.
 
Shivaji has been in the news of late with his political statements. He made some serious allegations against BJP government at center. The actor known for comedy roles is now in serious soup.
