Agnyaathavaasi to break BB2 record on Day1?

Going by the current trend, Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Agnyaathavaasi’ is likely to break the gargantuan record set by Rajamouli’s epic drama ‘Baahubali 2’ in Telugu states. ‘Baahubali 2’ holds all records in Telugu states including the day one record. But the current trend suggests that Pawan Kalyan’s movie might topple this record in its opening day and set a new record in some areas.
Trade pundits estimate that the movie will set create records in coastal Andhra. As per the trend, the film has high chances to break the record of ‘Baahubali 2’ in Uttarandhra, East and West Godavari territories. In other areas of Andhra too, it might come close to the record set by ‘Baahubali 2’. Other than the hype, ‘Agnyaathavaasi’ has another major advantage: AP Government allowing the film to screen from night 1pm itself without any break. For the first week, the distributors and exhibitors can screen the movie 24 hours per day.
In Nizam and Ceded, ‘Baahubali 2’ set records with Rs 8.90 Cr and Rs 6.30 Cr on day one respectively. Shows for ‘Baahubali 2’ began from midnight in all areas in Nizam. The number of screens it got was higher than the ‘Agnyaathavaasi’ got now. In the case of ‘Agnyaathavaasi’, the midnight premiere shows are not yet confirmed. So, Pawan Kalyan’s movie has slender chances of setting the new record in Nizam and Ceded areas. But it would definitely come close to it. In Nizam, the film is releasing in nearly 360 screens.
