Akhil is anxious about Most Eligible Bachelor

Akhil is playing a middle-class youngster in ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’ being directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. But the film’s release has become a headache. Due to lockdown, the movie couldn’t complete its remaining last portion. It was slated to hit the screens in April this year but it may now release around the Dussera period. 

He is losing crucial time. That is Akhil’s worry. His worry is not about the release date but whether people would come to watch his movie in the post-pandemic conditions as there will be a heavy rush of releases all at once.

The young Akkineni actor has pinned a lot of hopes on this film. He is hoping to score first hit in his career. This is his fourth film. 

Once the lockdown is lifted, the shootings will be permitted. But producers will take a few more months to assess the mood of the people and social conditions. Will people step into the theaters even if physical distancing rules applied is the question that is on the minds of producers. 

Since the film is produced by renowned Geetha Arts, Akhil should not worry about the release plans. They know very well how to market it and release the movie.

Akhil Akkineni is said to be acting in director Surender Reddy’s next film but it has not officially been confirmed yet.
