Akhil's second film will be formally launched in March. The film will be having a new script as Nagarjuna didn't like the earlier script prepared by Vikram Kumar of 'Manam' fame. So, Vikram Kumar is now working on this new script which will take some more time to be written.

Although the film will be launched next month, the regular shoot of the film will only commence either in April or May. Akhil has been waiting for the launch of his second film from 2015 December. He debuted in Vinayak directed 'Akhil' that met with disastrous result at the box-office.

This film will be produced by Nagarjuna on his Annapurna Studios banner.
