Alia Bhatt and Daisy Edgar-Jones debuting in Telugu

Alia Bhatt, Bollywood's most versatile leading actress, is finally debuting in Tollywood. She is cast opposite Ram Charan in director Rajamouli's Rs 400 Cr mega movie 'RRR'. She is playing the role of Seetha, the woman in Alluri Seetha Rama Raju's life. Ram Charan is essaying the role of freedom fighter Alluri Rama Raju who later came to be known as Alluri Seetha Rama Raju, who martyred in fight against the British.
Last week Telugucinema.com broke the news that Alia Bhatt would be playing the female lead in "RRR".
On the other hand, British TV actress Daisy Edgar-Jones is making her debut in Indian films with this film. She is playing NTR's love interest. NTR is playing the role of Komaram Bheem. In real life, Komaram Bheem remained bachelor.
Since the film chronicles the alternative theory that what if Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetha Rama Raju met together and were trained jointly in North India before they took up the fight for freedom in their respective regions. Here comes the love story between Komaram Bheem and a foreign girl that is essayed by Daisy Edgar-Jones. Daisy played roles in TV series "War of the Worlds" and "Cold Feet".
