Amala Paul surrenders at TVR Crime Branch

Amala Paul was absconding for the police. She is a culprit in a vehicle tax evasion case. The actress today surrender before the Thiruvananthapuram Crime Branch Police. The case on Amala Paul is that she has given fake address proofs and other documents to register her luxury car in Pondicherry. This was done to evade 20 percent tax in Kerala state.

She has been charged for cheating, forgery and use of forged documents. These are non-bailable offences and if proven guilty she might face imprisonment up to seven years. We will have to wait and watch what the outcome of this will be.
