Anasuya in a new avatar in Ranga Marthanda

Having won critical acclaim for her role of Rangammatha in blockbuster ‘Rangasthalam’, TV anchor turned actress Anasuya Bharadwaj is now signing films selectively. She wants the best roles. Her attempt at playing negative characters didn’t go well though. Her recent movie ‘Meeku Maathrame Cheptha’ bombed at the box-office. She played a role with negative shades. 

She has now signed creative director Krishna Vamsi’s new film titled ‘Ranga Marthanda’. 

Sources say she is doing a glamorous role but Krishna Vamsi is presenting in her altogether different manner. Anasuya is quite excited about acting in his direction. Currently shooting is progressing in Hyderabad.

Anasuya Bharadwaj is also busy with Telly with multiple assignments.
