Awe director's Telangana story with Rajasekhar

Prasanth Varma of 'Awe' fame revealed that he is going to direct his next film in the backdrop of Telangana. This will be a period setting movie.“I promise to bring you more out-of-the-box stories. Working on a story completely set in 1983, Telangana,” he tweeted informing the basic content of his next movie that stars Rajasekhar in the lead role.

After watching his 'Awe', Rajasekhar has given him chance to direct on his banner. The film will be launched shortly. Rajasekhar will be playing a middle-class guy of 1980’s in this movie. Prasanth Varma is also looking for a writer who can pen the dialogues in Telangana dialect. Prasanth Varma’s ‘Awe’ received fairly better reviews.

Rajasekhar has been waiting for right film after last year’s hit ‘Garuda Vega’. The film's pre-look was launched today. Its title will be announced on 26th August.
