Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali, Krishnam Raju has answer...
Krishnam Raju's speech hinted at which character must have caused Baahubali's murder at the hands of Kattappa. He pointed to the trailer for clues. "I don't know anything about the story. But if you see the Trailer carefully, you can draw a conclusion. Sivagami says 'Antharyuddham..' in a scene. Somewhere, Baahubali tells Kattappa, 'Nannu champe MOGADU inka puttaledu'. Baahubali owes to be the protector of the kingdom by swearing it on Sivagami," he said. Karan Johar heaps praise on Rajamouli
Rajamouli was hailed to the skies as a director in the league of Steven Spielberg, James Cameron and Christopher Nolan by Karan Johar.
When Rajamouli was in tears....
Later, MM Keeravani sang a song in praise of his brother. As Rajamouli walked up to the dais, the cast and crew members and guests stood up while clapping as a mark of respect for the director for taking Telugu film industry's image to international levels. If Rajamouli was showered in superlative terms, cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar described Prabhas as the biggest star out there! Rajamouli said that journalists during a press meet in Mumbai cheered like common people when Prabhas entered the room.
Keeravani: Prabhas is humble guy unlike other stars
Keeravani took an indirect dig at stars that show pride whereas "Prabhas is never proud". Keeravani revealed that the pained moan that is heard in the trailer while Kattappa kills Baahubali from behind is actually his voice. 'The 'why' sound heard is taken from the famous question 'Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali?' I wanted the whole line to be there in a rhythmic way. Rajamouli suggested that just 'why' be there. I am glad that my voice has been heard by 100 million viewers so far," the music director said.
Other highlights
Each of the Audio-Visual specials made as an introduction to the many characters of the magnum opus had Keeravani composing a unique musical. It will surely go down as a trend-setter.
A line was revealed by the AV on Nasser. "Bhalla, neekeppudaina nee amma ni champalani anipinchindha?' says a drunk Bijala Deva to Bhallaladeva. Oooo!
Rajamouli, true to his humble self, used the platform to thank all the unknown faces behind the screen by displaying the faces on a big screen.
