Balayya charging Rs 12 Crore for Ruler?

Nandamuri Balakrishna has hiked remuneration. Strange as it may sound that Balakrishna reportedly demanded more money during the production of his current film ‘Ruler’. Producer C Kalyan paid Balakrishna Rs 6 Cr for his previous movie ‘Jai Simha’. Kalyan was expecting the same amount to be paid for this movie but Balakrishna demanded Rs 12 Cr for ‘Ruler’

Since Kalyan can’t dare say against Balayya, he’s agreed to pay the said remuneration. This is the first time that the senior actor is getting such a high salary. Though he has delivered many hits in the recent past, Balakrishna was the only star who charged modest amount as remuneration.

‘Ruler’ being directed by KS Ravi Kumar stars Sonal Chauhan, Vedhika and Bhumika in the lead roles. The film is scheduled for December 20, 2019 release.
