Bharateeyudu 2: Kamal Haasan opts out?

Social media is abuzz with the news that Kamal Haasan has stepped out from the recently announced ‘Bharatheeyudu 2’ as the actor is not happy with the offer of remuneration. Rumor is that Kamal has been asked to reduce his price. However, Kamal is said to have refused this proposal and walked out of this project. Chennai trade reports indicate that Kamal is not doing the film.

Before announcing ‘Bharateeyudu 2’, a sequel to the iconic hit ‘Bharateeyudu’, producer Dil Raju met Shankar and Kamal Haasan in Chennai. He had issued an official announcement that he would be producing the film in all languages. On Sunday (October 15), social media has started speculating that Suriya has stepped in the place of Kamal Haasan. And Suriya fans went gaga over this news and have started spreading new posters on social media.

Shankar and Dil Raju, on the other hand, are tight-lipped about this film. They haven’t issued any official statement to put an end to this rumors or speculations. But the sequel is definitely going to happen, it seems. Reports suggest Dil Raju and Shankar are not backing off from this announced project. But some changes in casting and other matters will happen.
