It is no longer secret that Allu Arjun is playing a Brahmin character in his current movie titled 'DJ - Duvvada Jagannadham'. Being directed by Harish Shankar, the movie is smoothly progressing in Hyderabad. While the speculation is that the role is modelled on the popular Brahmin character called Chary played by NTR in 'Adhurs'.

Insiders say both the character sketches are quite different but Allu Arjun too speaks in a typical accent of Agraharam Brahmins. So that led to the assumption that it is similar to NTR's Chary role.

Currently, comedy scenes are being canned. Question is that can Allu Arjun pull off such role? Off late, Bunny has grown as an actor and has been doing trying variations in his roles.
