Court refuses to grant exemption to Mahesh

In the plagiarism case of 'Srimanthudu', Nampally court in Hyderabad today summoned the producers, director and lead actor Mahesh Babu to present in the court. Court didn't accept the request of Mahesh Babu's lawyers to exempt him from the personal presence. The judge said Mahesh Babu should come to court. 

As producer Naveen Yerneni didn't attend the hearing, the judge resent summons to him. Writer Sharat Chandra accuses that his novel has been copied into the script of 'Srimanthudu'. Director Koratala Siva denied his allegations. But he submitted some proofs to court.
