Dil Raju mints Rs 30 cr profit from two biggies!

Dil Raju is the real winner of this Sankranthi. He had invested nearly Rs 60 crore on two biggies - Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ and ‘Allu Arjun’s ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’. He bought the distribution rights of both these movies for Nizam and Vizag regions. Rs 33 crore was spent on ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ for securing the rights and Rs 26 crore on ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’.

‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ has raked in more than Rs 46 crore from Nizam and Vizag together so far. It will rake in another Rs 2 or 3 crore. So, he is getting five or six crore profit on his investment. 

On the other hand, ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’ has brought huge profits to all parties and Dil Raju will be getting nearly Rs 15 crore profit on the Nizam region alone. The film has collected about Rs 30 crore in the Nizam region and it is expected to collect another 5 or 6 crore rupees. Vizag region will rake in about Rs 17 to 18 crore in its lifetime gross. But Allu Aravind has a share in Vizag distribution. But from the distribution of ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’, he will get nearly Rs 25 crore profit. 

So, all in all, Dil Raju is minting huge money. Last Sankranthi, he had earned about Rs 35 crore profit as a producer from ‘F2’. This Sankranthi, he is earning the same profit as a distributor.
