Director V V Vinayak turns lead actor

Director V V Vinayak is turning actor. Producer Dil Raju today announced a movie starring Vinayak in the lead role. While speaking at Tirumala temple, Dil Raju said he got excited by a story narrated by a new director that needs a middle-aged person to essay the lead role. And Vinayak fits the bill.

Vinayak who has delivered many blockbusters such as 'Aadhi', 'Dil', 'Tagore', 'Adhurs', 'Krishna' and 'Khaidi No 150 used to appear in a small roles in his movies. Most popular was his role in Chiranjeevi's 'Tagore'.

If this new film clicks, he might take up acting as serious profession. The director has been going through lean phase as his recent directorial ventures bombed at the box-office.
