Divya Spandana was to marry her Portuguese boyfriend Raphael. But the latest we hear is that she and her boyfriend have parted ways. Divya's mom has responded to this. Divya and Raphael parted ways as both do not want to relocate. Divya wants to stay in India and Raphael does not want to leave Portugal. They are still good friends.
