Exclusive: Ajay-Atul duo for Chiranjeevi - Koratala movie?

When Koratala Siva's movie with Megastar Chiranjeevi was announced recently, the music director's name was not revealed. Devi Sri Prasad was not to be the one for this exciting movie. People then speculated that Chiru might be repeating Amit Trivedi, after having worked with him on 'Sye Raa'.

The news is that producer Ram Charan, director Siva and the hero have chosen the Ajay-Atul duo to compose the music. The duo has worked on Shah Rukh Khan's 'Zero' and Aamir Khan-Amitabh Bachchan's 'Thugs Of Hindostan' recently. Their background score is seen as unique by music experts. However, it is not officially finalized. Koratala approached them and had discussions but the final call should be taken by megastar Chiranjeevi.

It's an experiment for sure.

This 2020 release will be shot from next month. The makers are expected to officially reveal the music directors' names soon. Thiru is the cinematographer. Produced by Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy, the film’s shoot will commence next month.
