First Look: Priyamani as comrade Bharathakka

Today is Priyamani’s birthday. On this occasion, the makers of Rana and Sai Pallavi starrer ‘Virata Parvam’ unveiled the first look of Priyamani from the film. Priyamani is playing a key role of comrade Bhrathakka in this intense period drama set in the backdrop of the 90’s Naxalite movement in the Telangana region.

‘Virata Pravam’ has Rana playing a Naxalite leader and Sai Pallavi is the lover. Nandita Das appears in another key role. Besides these lead actors, Naveen Chandra and Zarina Wahab are also playing important roles. 

Venu Udugula who shot to fame with Sree Vishnu starrer ‘Needi Naadi Oke Kathe’ is directing this drama while Sudhakar Cherukuri and Suresh Babu are producing it.
