Gautham Menon has bagged the remake rights of super hit Telugu film 'Pellichoopulu' and he is producing it in Tamil. His upcoming Telugu film ‘Saahasam Swasaga Sagipo’  staring Naga Chaitanya is still looking for a release date. 

'Pellichoopulu' was a small film that created a huge roar in Tollywood. The film was lauded for its content and presentation.  It was co-produced by leading producer Daggubati Suresh Babu. Directed by newcomer Tarun Bhaskar, it stared Vijay Devarakonda of ‘Yevade Subramanyam’ and Ritu Varma as the lead couple. 

More details about Gautham Menon’s plans for the Tamil version of the film is awaited.
