Guru slated for Republic Day release!

As we recently reported, Venkatesh's 'Guru' has now entered into final schedule of the movie. The latest info about the movie is that makers have now locked the release date. They have decided to release it as Republic Day special on 26, Jan 2017. 

‘Guru’ is the remake of Bollywood/Kollywood hit movie 'Saala Khadoos'/'Irudhi Suttru'. The film is directed by Sudha Kongara who is also the director of the original version. The entire cast and crew of the film has been retained.  Only major change in the movie is Venkatesh is stepping in the place of Madhavan. Venkatesh will be seen as a boxing coach in this movie and Rithika Singh will be seen as his disciple.
