It's official: Tamannah joins Gopichand's film

We have already reported that director Sampath Nandi has roped in his favourite actress Tamannah as the female lead in his new film starring Gopichand as the hero. Her name has now officially been announced by the makers. 

Srinivasaa Chitturi under Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner is producing this film. "A hearty welcome to one of the beautiful n finest actress of our times @tamannahspeaks as the leading lady of our #Gopichand28.. Hoping to create the magic of #Racha n #BengalTiger," Sampath Nandi tweeted.

Gopichand who has readied a spy thriller titled 'Chanakya' for Dussera release will start shooting for this movie in October. Tamannah, on the other hand, is waiting for the release of 'Sye Raa' in which she played second female lead.

Tamannah has played female lead in Sampath Nandi's 'Rachcha' and 'Bengal Tiger'. This will be her third film with this director.
