Kaala trailer raises expectations

The trailer of Rajinikanth starrer 'Kaala' is out. The trailer is packed with the power of Rajini-ism and raises expectations two fold. The trailer promises all mass elements that Rajini's films generally has.
Nela neeku adhikaram. Nela maku jeevitham'. This line by Kaala pretty much says it all. Nana Patekar, who plays the villain, seeks to grab land in the name of development. His character, as designed by Pa.Ranjith, may well represent the vested capitalist interests in our society. A bloody feud between Kaala and the villain ensues. Needless to say, fireworks and punch dialogues, emotions and political viewpoints, are only to be expected. There is a triangular love story at play, with Rajinikanth seemingly wooing Huma Qureshi and his wife (played by Eeswari Rao) having her own complaints. This is all in a lighter vein and situational comedy is only to be expected in these portions.
Also starring Samuthirakani, the film has music by Santhosh Narayanan. It will be out on June 7.
