Kaala turns huge disaster in USA

Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Kaala’ was premiered on 6th June in USA in big way. 10 days have passed since the premiere. The movie has not shown any growth. By end of the 10 days, the movie stands with cumulative gross of $1.89 million.

Compare this collection to Rajinikanth and Pa Ranjith’s previous movie ‘Kabali’ that grossed $1.91 million in its premiere day. While ‘Kabaali’ collected $1.91 million in a single day, ‘Kaala’ couldn’t reach to the premiere gross of ‘Kabali’ even after 10 days.

This is Rajinikanth’s biggest dud in USA after ‘Linga’. The brand Rajinikanth took a severe beating with this film. The movie is also huge flop in Telugu states.
