Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer ‘Kabir Singh’, which is remake of our Tollywood blockbuster ‘Arjun Reddy’ has created a havoc at the box-office. The film directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga has ended its first week run on a glorious note. It collected whopping Rs 134 Cr in the first week. This is second highest first week collection in India for an Indian movie this year.

The massive success has put our Telugu director Sandeep Vanga in top league in Bollywood though it has been criticised for being misogynistic.

‘Kabir Singh’ is expected to emerge as number one hit this year surpassing ‘Uri’. As we wrote earlier, ‘Kabir Singh’ is a box-office phenomenon and is bigger blockbuster than ‘Arjun Reddy’.

Apart from Shahid Kapoor benefitting the film’s massive success, both Kiara Advani and Sandeep Vanga have become hot favorites in Bollywood.
